In this class I fuse yoga asanas with gentle body movement and ecstatic dance into a special unity. We explore our feminine power, activate our Shakti energy and open up to our wonderful, natural uniqueness to flow with the flow of life.
This class is for women who want to explore themselves anew and consciously dive into their essence.

Ancestral Clearing / Ancestral Healing is a method in which we open the door to the subconscious. Because perhaps the issue you are experiencing is not yours at all, but inherited from your ancestors. This can be a very old issue that goes back generations and is 100 or 500 years old. These historical and genetic issues can also originate from a previous incarnation and still have an influence on your life today. Or they may be issues that you have inherited from your parents and that you would like to transform and let go of.
Very often we do not realise why a particular issue keeps recurring. A clearing brings out what your nervous system is trying to cover up.
